1. Acceptance

By accessing or using SprawlSpace you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Intended Audience & Accounts

SprawlSpace is designed for use by coaches, team administrators, and adult parents or guardians. It is not intended for direct use or account creation by athletes under the age of 18 — wrestler records are entered and managed by team staff and parents/guardians on their behalf.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Your Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You are solely responsible for all content you enter into SprawlSpace, including wrestler records, contact information, schedules, and communications. Team owners and coaches are responsible for managing access to their team and ensuring appropriate use by their members. You agree not to use SprawlSpace for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm other users.

SprawlSpace includes team chat and messaging features. You agree not to post or send content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for such content and may immediately suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Users can report objectionable messages and block other users directly within the app.

Abuse of the platform may result in account suspension or termination at our sole discretion.

4. No Warranty — Platform Provided As-Is

SprawlSpace is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. The platform may be unavailable at any time without notice.

5. No Liability

SprawlSpace and its operators assume no responsibility for:

• How you or your team uses the platform
• The accuracy, completeness, or legality of any information entered into the platform
• Any loss of data, service interruption, or inability to access the platform
• Actions taken by team members, coaches, or administrators within the platform

In no event shall SprawlSpace be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

6. Data & Storage

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Your app data — such as roster details, team schedules, and account credentials — is securely stored using Google Cloud / Firebase services solely to operate the platform. 7. Account & Data Deletion

You may delete your account and associated personal data at any time directly through the Settings menu within the app, or by contacting our support team. Team owners may also delete team content at any time. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed from our active systems.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
