Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

SprawlSpace collects information you provide directly, including:

  • Account information: name, email address, and password (managed via Firebase Authentication)
  • Team data: roster entries, schedules, announcements, and other content you create within the platform
  • Registration submissions: wrestler information submitted through public registration forms
  • Device tokens for push notifications, if you grant browser or device permission

2. How We Use Your Information

Information is used solely to provide and operate the SprawlSpace platform — to display your team data, deliver notifications you have opted into, and authenticate your account.

3. Third-Party Services

SprawlSpace does not sell or share your information with outside organizations for marketing or any other purpose. Your data is shared only with the third-party services necessary to operate the platform:

  • Google Firebase — authentication and database storage
  • Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — push notification delivery
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Railway / Backblaze B2 — application hosting and file storage

Each of these providers processes data only as necessary to perform their service.

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Team owners may delete team content at any time. To delete your own account and associated data, visit our Delete My Data page. If you own a team, you'll need to delete or transfer it first.

5. Notifications

Email and push notifications are opt-in. You can manage your notification preferences at any time from the Settings page within your dashboard. Push notifications require explicit browser or device permission which you may revoke at any time through your browser settings.

6. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and Firebase security rules that restrict data access by role. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

7. Children

SprawlSpace is intended for use by coaches, team administrators, and adult parents or guardians. Athlete records may contain information about minors and are managed solely by team staff. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from minors.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of SprawlSpace after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
